Dr. Raime Shah was born and raised in the Bay Area of Northern California. For her undergraduate studies, she majored in Human Biology, with a minor in Cognitive Science at the University of California, San Diego.

She then attended the first dental school in the world, the University of Maryland, Baltimore! She is excited to be back in San Francisco to pursue Periodontology at the UCSF School of Dentistry.
